The Conservation Law Center provides support and advice in the following areas:
[a] Advice for the implementation of private conservation projects, in its most diverse legal aspects. The focus of the Center is to achieve the social and environmental long-term goals of each project, for which we align the instruments of private law, public law and tax law, among others.
[b] Studies of legislative and regulatory projects;
[c] Studies and analysis of models and strategies for the implementation of regulatory frameworks;
[d] Studies of linkage framework projects between private and public conservation –and other instruments related to conservation and climate change policies-;
